since 1984 Formation of subsidiaries in Rostock, Riga (Latvia), Tallinn (Estonia), Szczecin (Poland), conversion of the parent company in the legal from of a corporation.
1995 Contribution of the MAX SCHÖN AG in the Sanistål A/S, Aalborg, Denmark and outsourcing of the real estate business and the kitchen retail bulthaup Max & Co. in separate entities turn from executive board to the supervisory board of MAX SCHÖN AG
